Doodle Scoopers
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Why hire a professional doodle scooper?
A: People hire Doodle Scoopers for three main reasons. One
is that they do not have the time; another is that they don't have the
ability; finally, most people just don't like doing the job themselves.
Q: How does a residential or commercial client get started?
A: Most of our customers prefer services completed once per week.
Other service schedules, such as - ONE TIME ONLY - are available. If
you would like to know more about service more or less often than once
per week, please give us a call.
Q: Do I have to sign a contract?
A: Not at all. Your services can be started or stopped with
just a phone call or E-mail.
Q: Do I have to be home for the service?
A: No, although for the first service, it is best to meet you and
your pet(s), so we can all get acquainted. This is also a good time
to see if your pet will mind us coming into their yard.
Q: Can my dog be left in the yard during service?
A: Yes, we don't mind if they don't.
Q: What happens when it snows or rains?
A: We'll work in most weather, but snow or very cold weather
can stop us. If there is more than about 1/2 inch of snow, we will postpone
that day's service until the next day or two when the snow melts
away. If there is excessive snow, preventing us from providing service
that week, no charge will be assessed.
Q: I would like to surprise a friend with your unique
service. How can I?
A: You can give the gift of a clean yard to a friend
with Doodle Scoopers Gift Certificates. Gift Certificates
come in one month increments and if your friend decides
to hire Doodle Scoopers, they will receive their first
visit FREE.
Q: How do I pay?
A: We will send you a statement in the mail at the end
of each month, for regular weekly customer's after all work
has been completed. For one time service, payment is
due upon work completion.
There will be a $15.00 late fee assessed to accounts not paid by
the 15th of the month following service.
A $25.00 fee will be charged to cover any NSF checks.
